  Unlimited telephone software support from 10:00 - 5:00  (Monday - Friday)  EST

  Emergency software support on selected holidays and long weekends

  Replies to emails directed at support@theultimatevideo.com

  Assistance with installing The Ultimate

  Assistance with running The Ultimate on a network

  Assistance with loading our free updates

  Limited Customization  (receipts, reports & small features)

  Implementing your suggestions for new features in future updates

Please note that telephone support is only offered in the United States and Canada.  All others worldwide can receive support through email and will still receive free updates.

As with virtually all other software, if you don't have paid support,
then you are totally "on your own..."
