Important Notice Before Downloading!

 

Please read the following important information.  Premiere POS Systems will not be responsible for any end user mistakes which adversely affect your current version of The Ultimate

  • Evaluating Software - If you are evaluating The Ultimate for the first time, or updating a previous version you are currently evaluating, then proceed to the update page for downloading.  This downloaded version of The Ultimate is the complete copy of the current registered version.  The only restriction is a limit of 100 items in the Customer, Rental and Inventory files.  Once registered, follow the instructions in our Quick Installation Guide to create a store (001 - 998) in the software for actual store use.  Any data previously entered in a previous evaluation versions will not work with current version.

  • Non Support User - If you are currently using The Ultimate 7.22 or lower as your point of sale system and want to upgrade to the newest version 7.30, please be aware that unless you are a member of "The Ultimate Club" support and update program, your existing data will not be transferable to any versions other than the one originally downloaded for use in your store.  The new version can still be used, but you will need to reenter all your data.  Better idea?  Join "The Ultimate Club"

  • "The Ultimate Club" Customer - If you are currently a member of "The Ultimate Club" support and update program, and are using a version prior to 7.30, updates will be mailed to your store.  The copy that you receive in the mail is the ONLY installation that includes the upgrade utilities which will transfer your existing store's data to 7.30.
    Knowing that, if you still wish to download version 7.30 for testing, feel free to do so, but do not install it over any working version 7.22 or lower.  You may instead, wish to install it on another computer for a "preview" of the new features you will shortly receive in the mail.  Updates normally take about 6 - 8 weeks to reach all our support customers, so please be patient.  If you do not receive this update within the stated time frame, please send an email telling us you have not received 7.30.

The addendum for this update can be found in the DOCUMENT subfolder of the ULTIMATE folder.  The file name is ADDEN730.DOC.  In the near future, our learning guide will be updated to include the new features in 7.30.  This will be available in the form of a patch.

  Notes on the Demonstration Mode   

  • IMPORTANT!  The default salesperson's code for the included practice demonstration store is 999.

  • The serial number is 950000

  • Sample Customers are 101 - 110

  • Sample Rental items are 101 - 160

  • Sample Inventory items are 901 - 909

  • File limits are 100 items  (actual registered software has no limits!)
